1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your decision.

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or have missing packaging.


3. Return Procedure

  1. Your full name and order number.

  2. The reason for the return (wrong size, defective item, etc.).

  3. Clear photos if the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions and a return form (one per item).


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, you will receive an email notification.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or card).

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

📌 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour, or no longer want it — you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Icon Outlet will cover the return shipping cost.

Original delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will prioritise your case and arrange either a replacement or a full refund — including return shipping costs.

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring that all products are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.


7. Lost or Delivered Parcels

All Icon Outlet orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
If the courier tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, we consider the delivery completed.
If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

We will always cooperate with customers to resolve issues fairly, but we cannot issue refunds for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
